Getting the right balance of flavour in beer making is definitely a craft… even if what you’re brewing is not a craft beer. There are the same-as-all-the-others green bottled beers and on the other side you’ve got the very-hoppy-oyster-stouty appealing to the very few beers. But Mac’s has found the sweet spot, the Goldilocks zone of beer making. Because they want to share their love of craft beer to the whole of NZ, they want to make everyone’ lives a little more interesting.
