STIHL is famous for two things. Making great chainsaws and controversial TV ads. But how do you get more controversial than two brothers tricking their dying father out of his trusty chainsaw? We needed to seriously up the stakes, so we created a duel-ended spot and let the viewer choose between the chainsaw and their conscience. With over 100,000 votes, it became quite the talking point, with multiple complaints and votes for Flossie, and a lot of farmers sticking up for their chainsaws.
